Clients will start off with a free 30-minute phone consultation to discuss their needs, after which, PMO TuneUp, LLC will make a recommendation on appropriate service package(s).
Single Consultation
$200 / session
A single 45-55 minute phone or video consultation to meet with clients and discuss the state of their project management ecosystem and come up with a customized ‘tune up’ solution to meet their needs.
After completion of the session, client will receive a summary write up.
New customers will receive a $25 discount for their first session and each Single Session afterwards will be invoiced at the regular rate.
1-Month Package
$1, 800 / month
Clients will have a total of 10 single phone / video consultations to use within a 30-day period and any balance remaining after 30-days will be forfeited.
Sessions can either follow the same format as the Single Session or can be customized as agreed with the client.
After completion of the session, client will receive a summary write up.
3-Month Package
$5, 200
Clients will have a total of 30 single phone / video consultations to use within a 90-day period and any balance remaining after 90-days will be forfeited.
Sessions can either follow the same format as the Single Session or can be customized as agreed with the client.
After completion of the session, client will receive a summary write up.
