What to Expect
Each “tune up” journey starts with an initial FREE 30-minute consultation, where we learn about our clients’ current project portfolio management needs.
During the initial consultation, we will discuss with the client their project portfolio management concerns, the type of support they are seeking and what success looks like for them.
While discussing with the client, PMO TuneUp, LLC will then recommend proceeding with a single consultation or a monthly plan, depending on the level of support the client is interested or estimated time to achieve the desired outcome. If the client is looking for something outside these options, we can discuss a more customized solution that would be more suitable to support their needs.

Our Services
Single Consultation
A single 45-55 minute phone or video consultation with clients to come up with a customized “tune up” solution to meet their needs, based on the pain points or desired outcomes identified.
Clients will receive a summary write up after the consultation.
New customers will receive a $25 discount towards their first session and each Single Session afterwards will be invoiced at the regular rate.
1-Month Package
Clients will have a total of 10 hours for consultations to use within a 30-day period and any balance remaining after 30-days will be forfeited.
Appointments can either follow the same format as the Single Consultation or can be customized as agreed with the client.
Clients will receive a summary write up after the consultation.
3-Month Package
Clients will have a total of 30 hours for consultations to use within a 90-day period and any balance remaining after 90-days will be forfeited.
Appointments can either follow the same format as the Single Consultation or can be customized as agreed with the client.
Clients will receive a summary write up after each consultation.
